Shipping policy

We ship the good stuff — fast. At Chief Gifting Officers, we know your package has a party to get to. Here's everything you need to get it there on time.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard Shipping — $4.95. Every order under $50, whether it's one little something or a full gift stack.
  • Free Shipping — $0. Orders $50 and up. No code needed, no catch.
  • Priority Shipping — $10.95. Available on any order, for when the party is sooner than you planned.

That's it. Three rates, no surprises at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME

Personalized items take 2–5 business days to create before they ship — great taste takes a minute. Non-personalized items typically ship within 1–2 business days. During peak gifting season (late November through December), give us a couple of extra days and order early.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Once your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Standard International: 10–21 business days
  • Express International: 5–10 business days

Running late? Choose Priority at checkout, or email us and we'll do our best to make it happen.

DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ADDRESS

We ship exactly where you tell us to, so please review your shipping address at checkout — apartment and suite numbers included. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, we'll gladly reship it once return postage is covered.

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then email hello@chiefgiftingofficers.com and we'll resend it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via Standard International and Express International carriers. Delivery times vary by destination. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or duties on arrival.

A NOTE ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Every personalized piece is made just for you, which means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there's a production error on our end. Please double-check names, dates, and spellings before you check out — we want it to be perfect as much as you do.

SOMETHING ARRIVE WRONG?

We stand behind every order. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no drama, just solutions.
