Good to Know

How do you clean a lucite honey dish? Wash the inner tube and spoon by hand with warm water and mild soap. Wipe the lucite with a soft damp cloth — avoid abrasive sponges and dishwashers, which cloud lucite.

Does it say Shana Tova on it? Yes — the words run vertically down the front of the block as part of the design.

How much honey does it hold? The suspended inner tube holds a serving portion sized for one table setting rather than a full jar.
